While in college, I earned money as a bouncer in a nightclub. I soon started helping with the organization of the shifts and the events themselves. I wanted to be payed for the service from the production team, they said there is no problem, let me send an invoice. And so I started my own company with a concession for the security.

After high school, I definitely wanted to study in English, for which I received a master's degree in the field of International Relations and European Studies after five years. In the meantime, I managed to complete part of my studies in Portugal.

Charles University Innovations Prague a.s.

Charles University is the first university in the Czech Republic to establish its own private company for technology transfer, I was at the start and subsequently became its head. Within two years, it achieved the status of the most efficient agency of its kind in the Czech Republic. It succeeds in commercializing one technology after another, more than 11 subsidiaries are founded. We receive the Miloslav Petrusek prize for promotion, almost 2,000 articles and reports are published about us in five years. We are presented as an excellent example of good practice in the Czech Republic and in Europe.

I wanted to become smarter in the field of public policy in research, development and innovation, so studying became part of the preparation for the headship of CUIP. At that time, I begged my wife to forbid me from studying at another school the next time, because I already had enough. It did not work.

During my studies, I enjoyed entrepreneurship and crisis management both theoretically and practically thanks to my career, so after five years of effort I obtained another diploma.

I didn’t stay away from studying for long. After my experience in a crisis management team and running my second security company, I became deeply drawn to the field of industrial safety. That’s why I enrolled in a doctoral program – and in 2025, I successfully completed it with honors.

Obtaining the highest possible certification in the field of technology transfer from the world ATTP alliance was preceded by both intensive courses held throughout Europe and verification of my real success record.

Crowd Safety s.r.o.

The covid pandemic is starting, I'm at a boxing training camp in Thailand and my phone rings with an opportunity to become a member of the municipal crisis team. I get on the plane and go straight from the airport to the emergency headquater. Here I meet a bunch of professional crisis managers with whom I know I want to work with. So we are founding another agency together, which is now among the absolute top in the field of Crowd Safety and Mobile CCTV systems.

I received the young managerial talent award in the under 35y category, which I consider a huge satisfaction and validation of my efforts.

Charles University

After the results achieved, I was offered a position in the junior management of our oldest university, which has a budget of 600 million EUR. I couldn't resist this challenge, so I became the managing head of knowledge and technology transfer, as well as the entire field of security. Thus, from the position of head of the Central Crisis Staff of the Charles University, I also faced the tragic shooting at the Faculty of Philosophy in December 2023. For successfully managing a crisis situation, I received the highest university award - the Charles University Gold Medal.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic

As part of the Czech Pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, I contributed to the preparation of the EDU Day program – a key event showcasing the best of Czech science, research, and innovation. At the same time, I was also involved in implementing security measures for the pavilion and the office of the Commissioner General.

ČECHYMEN a.s.

After a challenging period, I leave the university and step into a new phase of life. I become a co-owner and member of the board of directors of the security agency ČECHYMEN a.s., which has taken over the contracts, team, and know-how of my first company, Forteco. For me, it’s a powerful return to my roots – and a unique opportunity to fully focus on developing the security business on a much larger scale.
